Examples of work through out the years
In pre calculus me and three other learners in my grade (11th grade at the time) revived a high rating from a line of judges to compete in a 'best bridge competition' in San Francisco. The presentation included what the bridge would be used best for, and what natural disaster would it survive the best, and so on and so forth. We had to speak in front of more then 200 people from other schools. We had a full paged essay about this bridge as well, it took 3-4 months to plan and make and our team name was SEEM (each letter representing the first letter to all the team members names. Good times.) We didn't win. But we should have.
Above you see a small bit of a large project (HP English 12th grade) of some of the scenes of Hamlet rewritten in a humorous and in a more modern way. The assignment was to pick a character or characters and answer 8 questions about them and how they are in the play. Me and a team of classmates met up multiple times in and outside of school to assign parts and to work on the script. The script was 5-6 pages long and we preformed all of our work in front of the class.
I did an extra credit project for my chemistry teacher for another class that she taught about the history of paint and how you make it. I needed to have around 15 slides and the presentation needed to be be around 5 minutes long. I took around 5 pages of hand written notes to go along with this power point presentation.
